RETURNS

You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, accessories, hair items, and sale pieces are non-returnable.

DEFECTIVE or WRONG ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at petitemaison.kiddo@gmail.com

within 7 days with your order number and a photo.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to your original payment method once we receive and check your item.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or wrong.
